At ICI4YOU, we guarantee full independence and impartiality in all our inspection and certification activities.

We are never influenced by commercial, financial, or personal interests. Our employees, auditors, and decision-makers operate according to strict rules to prevent conflicts of interest. An independent Impartiality Body (BOM), with a majority of external third-party experts, oversees our decisions, risks, and processes. This body has full access to relevant information and can escalate independently if impartiality is compromised. We maintain a COI (Conflict of Interest) register in which potential conflicts of interest are reported, assessed, and managed. Individuals with a conflict of interest are excluded from decision-making. ICI4YOU stands for objectivity, integrity, expertise, and transparency, so that customers, regulators, and the public can always trust our independent assessments.
